葡萄品種：100% Chardonnay 
酒精度：13.5%
建議飲用溫度：10-12度
介紹：擁有黃李的香氣，油桃、柑橘、黃甜椒的味道，非常容易入口。隱約帶有白胡椒、白花的香氣。由於釀造前先進行6-12小時浸漬，釀造後會在酒渣中陳放，所以酒款尾段帶有奶油口感。以IGP (Indication
Geographique Protegee)等級來說，絕對是性價比之選。羊奶芝士、烤魚、烤蔬菜都是絕佳的餐飲搭配。

【Domaine de Cibadiès】

Domaine de Cibadiès 佔地超過 85 公頃，位於 Capestang Béziers 内， Midi運河和 Oppidum of Ensérune 之間，鄰近地中海海岸，地理位置優越。1979 年Domaine Cibadiès由Bonfils家族的Jean-Michel Bonfils收購。值得一提的是，當地亦是現任首席執行官
Laurent Bonfils 的故鄉。
